a friend once told me a woman he was involved with
\nsaid they were not of this world<\/p>\n
at the time he told me that I was probably in
\nmy twenties<\/p>\n
and thought in a way it sound kind of nice
\nlike they were uniquely made for each other<\/p>\n
and different from most people who seem to
\nbe very much of this world<\/p>\n
now with more years on me and more experiences
\nin life<\/p>\n
I think the woman who loved my friend was right
\nbut maybe in a way you had not imagined I would<\/p>\n
for many the average time spent on this earth is
\nabout 76 years of age, a blink in eternity<\/p>\n
and if we live forever in some kind of afterlife
\nmaybe none of us are really of this world<\/p>\n
or if reincarnation is real and we are just here
\nfor temporary lives<\/p>\n
until we get off the wheel of rebirths
\nto me that would also suggest we are not really of this world <\/p>\n
