I used to read the news site MailonLine
\nand nearly every week I read of another
\nfemale teacher having sex with a student. <\/p>\n
The numbers were shocking. In the
\npast you only read of male teachers acting
\ninappropriate with female students. <\/p>\n
These female teachers were behaving
\ninappropriately even with grade school
\nstudents in some of the most disgusting
\ncases.<\/p>\n
Some of these teachers were beautiful and
\ncould easily have been with an actual man
\ninstead of a teenager or a kid.<\/p>\n
Some of these teachers were married, one
\nhad a husband high up in government.<\/p>\n
Some of these teachers had children, which
\nmade me think how could you molest some
\none else\u2019s child, and where is the nurturing
\nmother in you?<\/p>\n
In a few cases, the father of a student a teacher
\nhad sex with acted like it was a great score
\nfor the kid, as if the kid had bagged a trophy. <\/p>\n
I\u2019ve tried to figure out the reason for this rise
\nin teachers molesting students, even at the
\nrisk of losing their teaching credentials, being
\nput on a sex offender list, and being imprisoned.<\/p>\n
Some of the reasons I\u2019ve thought of are:<\/p>\n
We live in a more seuxally permissive society now.
\nPeople brag about having threesomes or living as
\na throuple instead of a couple or how many people
\nthey\u2019ve had sex with. One woman boasted about
\nhaving sex with a thousand men in a day, as if that
\nwere an applaudable accomplishment.<\/p>\n
More women binge drink nowadays, often in
\ncollege, and I\u2019ve read that too much drinking
\naffects women’s brains more than men\u2019s with
\nlong lasting negative effects. <\/p>\n
Could that have something to do with their
\ninappropriate behavior with students, or do
\nthey get drunk too much as teachers and
\nlose their morals in the haze of too much
\ndrinking over a long period of time?<\/p>\n
Given pornography is easily accessible now,
\nhave they screwed up their minds from
\nwatching too much porn and lost their
\nmorals?<\/p>\n
Whatever the reason for the rise of teachers
\nhaving sex with students, it\u2019s a shame that
\nit has happened. <\/p>\n
I remember when female teachers seemed like
\nparagons of virtue. <\/p>\n
And you never heard of one acting inappropriate
\nwith a student, though there probably were some
\nthat did, but no way in the numbers
\nyou read of today.<\/p>\n
In a way, all these teachers having sex with
\nstudents is kind of like the sign of an erosion
\nof our society, and I hate it that so many teachers
\nhave become that way now.<\/p>\n
