Sometimes I find the news gets too toxic,
\nlike eating too much unhealthy food.<\/p>\n
Sometimes after months and months
\nof consuming it, my mind gets <\/p>\n
a little too filled with it, like a stomach
\nache from eating too much food.<\/p>\n
At that point, I have to pull back from
\nthe tableau of negative news<\/p>\n
and take a self prescribed news fast
\nto purge the toxicity out of my mind.<\/p>\n
