I\u2019ve reached an age and a time of my life
\nwhen I see how my life and the world with its
\nworries and concerns, suffering and evil,
\nis all impermanent.<\/p>\n

Yet, I have to remind myself of that when
\nI see things in the news that disturb me,
\nthat don\u2019t matter in the greater scheme,
\nof the passing impermanence.<\/p>\n

This remembrance of the impermanence
\nputs things in perspective for me,
\nthat none of the disturbing things matter
\nin this transitory existence I am only
\na sojourner in. <\/p>\n
