Right from high school I dreamed of finding
\nthe one, the soulmate, the perfect love for me<\/p>\n
my dream was to meet her in high school
\nfall in love with her, get married <\/p>\n
be the fairy tale happily ever after
\ninstead I got the happily never after, lol<\/p>\n
a while back I thought since many people
\nlike me don\u2019t find the one, the eternal soulmate
\nin this uncertain, often unlucky in love life<\/p>\n
maybe they find their soulmates
\nin the glorious, unimaginable afterlife
\nnow I\u2019m not so sure, maybe romantic love is
\nsuperseded by unconditional love
\nin the unseeable, the unfathomable<\/p>\n
I believe what Elizabeth Kubler Ross
\nsaid, \u201cLook forward to your transition.
\nIt\u2019s the first time you will experience
\nunconditional love.\u201d<\/p>\n
I like the thought of that
\nI believe she and the NDEers \u2013 who
\nexperienced what they call Source and the
\nunconditional love \u2013 are right<\/p>\n
but if I had my choice, I\u2019d rather be
\nwith the soulmate never found in this life
\nwith her finally in a heavenly paradise
\nheart aglow, souls in sync, happy forever
\nbored with each other, falling out of love \u2026 <\/p>\n
