Just like we have fake news today
\nconning people into believing many lies
\npoisoning their minds with blatant untruths
\nI see a parallel between the word of mouth
\nand written news about witches yesteryear
\nwhen many innocent women were hunted
\ntortured and burned at the stake
\nthat bogus belief repeated over and over
\nlike a powerful mantra seeped into the
\ncollective consciousness of superstitious
\npeople making them believe in witches
\nit indoctrinated people like with dark arts
\ninto torturing and murdering innocent woman
\ninto enjoying and cheering when they
\nsaw innocent women being burned to death
\nwoe to all those complicit in that fake news
\nwoe to those who murdered innocent women
\ntrue believers of the dark arts, fake news lies
\nand I wonder what happened to them
\nwhen they and that heinous fake news died.<\/p>\n
