Many women
I’ve met
now barely a blur
some I can’t remember
some just passed by
some loved and ran
some I ran away from
I can’t think of any
who significantly
stand out in my mind
though I always
wanted a soulmate
never had
even a love
of my life
maybe I’ll have one
in the coming afterlife.
