She Was Camping Alone and Vulnerable

Missy was a camping enthusiast and had all the latest camping equipment. In 2020, she found an ideal place to camp deep in a secluded forest far from any party goers who used the forest to party, play loud music, and get drunk in. To her that was a desecration, and there was always the possibility of trouble if you camped anywhere near them.

When she pitched her tent and settled in for the night, she sensed something outside her tent, something that felt evil. She peered out her tent hidden by the tent’s folds. She suppressed a scream when she saw it. Head of a dog, body of a man, terrifying eyes, yellow and glowing, about nine feet tall. And it was tip toeing toward her.

She felt it intended to kill her, and the knife she carried would not be enough to save her. But just as the beast got a few feet from her tent, a loud moaning howl pieced the air, which got the beast’s attention. As it turned it’s head toward the eerie howl, a massive ape-like creature with a near human face pounced on it.

She wanted to run away from the fighting beasts but was afraid if she did, they’d stop fighting and run after her.

After a few minutes of growls, snarls, and back and forths on the night ground, the dog beast was dead, and the ape-like beast rose up. It looked at her harmlessly, and in her mind she heard this: “You need to get out of here. It’s not safe.”

Than the beast seemed to vanish into the air.

Missy, her heart palpitating, her hands trembling, and a little in shock, dissembled her tent, packed up her belongs, and ran out of the forest faster than she’d ever run in her life.

And she never went camping again.
