Star-Crossed Love

The Milky Way was extra bright
On that fortuitous night we met
The moon was beaming brighter
The stars glittered and glowed
Comets streamed love letters
Upon a nighttime space palette
The cosmos seemed so in sync
With what was happening to us
And the entire, glorious universe
Was joyfully celebrating our
Newfound, star-crossed true love
