Mountains rise because of something
called plate tectonics
that collide and push mountains
to the sky
After millions of years they fall
from time and erosion
reducing them to hills and
ridges
I always felt mountains were
like invincible
standing tall forever and
never falling down
but now I see like the saying
nothing lasts forever
so it is with mountains high
