They eat mostly fats and rarely vegetables or fruits;
that suggests they should have heart problems,
but their bodies have adapted genetically
and they have some of the healthiest hearts on earth.
They’re bodies are stocky with short arms and legs
which makes their bodies more resistant to cold.
They thrive in the cold with a metabolism that is designed
to withstanding sub-zero temperatures at deadly levels.
They are the Inuit, the indigenous people of the arctic.
