mediums claim they
can contact
the spirits of the dead
it seems implausible
to me
but when you listen
to some of them
definitely
sound convincing
sure, it’s probably
a clever con
with tricks and
cold readings
but there are people
who I believe have
experienced genuine
after death
communications
considering that,
and rethinking this
ethereal matter
maybe some people
really can contact
the spirits
of the dead.
