Memories of Falling in Love

She becomes beautiful in his eyes
Most beautiful woman on the planet
His heart endlessly captivated
By her womanly ways
By her enchanting charms

Other women no longer exist
No matter how beautiful
No matter how alluring
He cannot see them

He cannot stop thinking
About her
Sweet thoughts of her
Always in his mind
Every minute of every hour
Every day and every night

Wants to be with her
As much as possible
And forever and ever
His heart aches
When away from her
He cannot live without her

She’s everything he
Ever wanted
The joy he feels with her
Must be like heaven

A single look from her
A single touch of her hand
His heart melts
A single kiss
His heart in heaven
All gone now
Lost in time

Young men
Bursting with life
And dreams
Have their romances
Alone old men
Have only
Their memories

Started writing poetry a little over a year ago; most poems I write are fictional but some are not. Spiritual with a permanent spiritual experience. Write poems on many subjects. Always researching for many of my poems and because of my unquenchable thirst for knowledge. After reading and hearing about many near death experiences and death bed visions, I believe death is the ultimate awakening and the relocation of a lifetime. You may believe differently, but you have the right to be wrong -- I'm just messing with you. :-)
