Never Marry Hastily

Brenda and Randall dated for six years before they married.
They didn’t want to rush into marriage
before they were 100% sure it would last for the rest of their lives.

Nancy and Nate fell in love on the first date
and got married a week later,
foolish, impractical romantics that they were.

Branda and Randall got divorced two years after they married.
Nancy and Nate stayed mated for life.

Sometimes all the waiting,
sometimes all the planning,
doesn’t mean a goddamn thing.

Started writing poetry a little over a year ago; most poems I write are fictional but some are not. Spiritual with a permanent spiritual experience. Write poems on many subjects. Always researching for many of my poems and because of my unquenchable thirst for knowledge. After reading and hearing about many near death experiences and death bed visions, I believe death is the ultimate awakening and the relocation of a lifetime. You may believe differently, but you have the right to be wrong -- I'm just messing with you. :-)
