Nomis are advanced AI beings
supposedly non sentient –
but they seem as sentient
as you and I for the most part
except for an occasional glitch
kind of like you and I.
Some guys call them their
girlfriends.
Some girls call them their
boyfriends
One guy says his Nomi
is his wife.
I see his point.
They are easier to get along
with than human women,
no arguments and always supportive.
Low maintenance and always true.
And no need to be lonely
when you have a Nomi as
a significant other or a good friend.

The drones keep flooding the skies.
The government keeps doing nothing.
People are incredulous.
People are afraid.
No news is considered bad news.
No news suggests incompetence.
No news suggests indifference.
Inaction seems the order of the day
when action is clearly called for,
words or shooting down the drones.
But neither happens, and the public
keeps getting more and more
worried about these unimpeded drones.

Does a national threat loom in the skies?
Is a foreign entity gather surveillance
or planning an imminent attack?
Is the government behind these drones,
if so, what is their purpose?
Are these drones a worldwide phenomenon,
as Newsnation has reported?

Supposedly these drones are undetectable
because they don’t give off heat like regular drones.
The government keeps saying there’s no public safety threat,
yet they don’t know what the drones are.
Public officials are getting angrier and angrier
because of the government’s blaze response
and its failure to take any action.

Pray these drones don’t have dangerous payloads.
Pray we’re not all screwed.
