Tried a pranayama technique
I used to do decades ago
alternate nostril breathing
after nine rounds of it
I got totally blitzed
don’t know if I can keep
up this breathing practice
might make me too spacey
don’t want to be like those
God intoxicants in India
too spaced out to function
needing others for care
even the brief pranayama
boosted my k energy
six feet above my head
might get way too intense
or complete the k energy
finally after 50 plus years
boosting the k energy
fully up the sushumna
into the eternal Oneness.

Always liked the female name Alexis
it seemed wondrous and enchanting
and the most beautiful female name
I ever heard in my entire life
I knew a woman named Alexis once
though I didn’t know her very well
she was heartbreakingly beautiful
and seemed as wondrous and
enchanting as her Alexis name.

More and more reports of aliens in the air
and under the sea entering and exiting it

exiting without any signs of water on the craft
increasingly strange lights under the sea

some think the preparation of an invasion
if so, would it be peaceful or hostile?

no guarantees the aliens would be friendlies
if hostiles one would think an attack by now

I don’t know quite what to make of it
except I think much of it is true.
